Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Postjet, a service operated by Aretexe LLC ("we", "us"). By using Postjet you agree to them.

1. The service

Postjet generates short-form social media content from information about your brand, lets you review and edit it, and publishes the content you approve to social media accounts you connect. Postjet is currently in private beta and may change or be interrupted.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in email secure.

3. Connected social accounts

You may only connect social media accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for complying with the terms of Instagram, TikTok and any other platform you connect, including their rules on automation, disclosure of AI-generated or commercial content, and posting limits. Postjet only publishes content you have approved.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the brand information, images and content you provide. You grant us the rights needed to store, process and publish it on your behalf. You are responsible for having the rights to any images, text or trademarks you upload or approve, and for the accuracy and legality of published content, including any product, health or financial claims.

5. Generated content

Content is generated by AI from your inputs and may contain mistakes. Review everything before approving it. We make no guarantee about reach, views, sales or any other result.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Postjet to publish content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, harassing, or that violates a platform's rules; to attempt to access other users' data; or to interfere with the service.

7. Fees

During the private beta the service is provided free of charge. If paid plans are introduced, pricing and billing terms will be presented before you are charged.

8. Termination

You can stop using Postjet and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms or to protect the service.

9. Disclaimer and liability

Postjet is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Aretexe LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
